Connect to ChatGPT

Prerequisites

1. Your Automiel MCP Server URL

Steps

1. Activate Developer mode

• Go to chatgpt.com and click → Settings → Apps → Advanced settings.
• Toggle Developer mode on.

2. Add your MCP Server

• Go back and click Create app.
• Enter your project’s name - For example “My Api”.
• Paste your MCP Server URL.
• Set authentication to No Auth, tick the checkbox and click Create..

3. Verify the connection

• Start a new conversation and ask ChatGPT:

Hello friend. Can you ping my connector “My Api” please?

• Go back to Automiel dashboard and click Verify
• You’re connected 🎉
